You can also cut a stencil out of wax paper with xacto blades. It works pretty well.

Dick Blick catalog carries silk screen supplies. I have had problems getting
the profilm to adhere to the screen, so because of that, plus the fact that
the fumes are horrendous, I have not done silk screen for a while.
