Teach-nology help?

Hi List serveers that use the Rubric from Teach-nology,
Is it down?
Just used it the other day and now cannot get it to come up no matter
what. Have tried retyping and restarting and get as far as the end of
Java. It displays a Sr in the progress panel and then sits there not
doing anything.
Help???????? this is such a cool tool and badly needed at the end of the
year.
What's with it?
