I order all my clay from Sheffield in Sheffield, MA. The low fire white and
Terracotta are $11.00 per 50 pounds, including shipping. Wonderfully easy
clay to work with. It has no grog, though. I've used it two years and been
thrilled.

 I order 50 pounds for each class of 25. Gives them a chance to do the
suggested lesson and then branch out.
This year one child made a quasi insect to go with the curriculum and then
hundreds (well, it seemed so) of little animals, perfectly formed. A whole
zoo!
