I am sure everyone is aware...that national legislation states that the
public is required to education sped. students from age 3 to age
21....perhaps this is a way to support that. It would beat having them in
high school until then. Also perhaps the program is vocational/life skills
based? Not defending them...but sped rules all our lives!!! %21 of my
district's budget goes to sped.
