try covering the bead mandrels with kiln wash. if it
works for lampworked glass beads it should work with
glazed beads... make sure the kiln wash in fairly
thick like yogurt and dry before loading beads. if
they are stuff try soaking the mandrels in water the
beads should then be able to come off.
