Good cheap watercolor paper

Is there such a thing?

I just found out that my art budget has been cut...to about 1/6 of my original budget when I first moved to the HS a few years ago. It gets cut every year, but this year it is DRASTIC!!!

It is due to the North Carolina budget deficit...which must be HUMONGOUS!!!!

Anyhow...I'm searching for a source of watercolor paper that is decent to use, but will not cost "an arm and a leg". Watercolor is such a difficult medium as it is...and will be worse without watercolor paper.

Does anyone have any suggestions for paper for me to order.
