Angela,

As I recall, your request for information about poppers gathered
numerous responses on the list, and I believe you even got directions
for how to make one. I admit, I was not one of those who responded, so
I guess in a way I was lurking on that particular topic. However, your
post got me thinking about trying to make a popper, and how I'd
incorporate poppers into the art curriculum, and weather the music
teacher might be willing to use them in the concert next December if a
class did make them.....so you see, your post actually affected many
more of us than you could know. I certainly hope your last post really
wasn't your last post.

I don't know what a "real art teacher" is, but if you post to the list
and your posts help spread ideas that might improve art education
around the world, then you're a real ArtsEdNet user. If you lurk on the
list and occasionally find an idea that improves the art experience of
your students, then you're a real ArtsEdNet user.

Please be patient with us. ArtsEdNet users of all sorts, even lurkers,
are welcome and encouraged to participate as they see fit. It is an
unmonitored list, so anything goes. Most of us simply request that good
manners are used. In fact, feel free to ignore our request if you wish.
Everyone has a delete key.

I was wondering...would thirty poppers, popped all at once, sound like
the cracking whip in the Jingle Bells song?
