Changes?

As I near the last few years of my teaching career I've been faced with a dilemma. Do I put in for the Gifted & Talented position that is opening up and that my principal sugested I'd be a natural for or do I stay in the artroom. The job would entail travel between two schools, not always on the same day, and would also deal with fewer students at a time except for some pushin classes where I'd work with a classroom teacher.

There are so many decisions at this time of year and only 18 more workdays to make them in. I think my hair is turning whiter.
