Magazines like Schools Arts and Art and Activities? I get those. I will have art lab fees of $15 per kid x 25 and my regular budget. I also get a class set of Scholastic Arts.

Yes, completely from scratch! I am in a middle school and have an
established 8th grade program. The other twist is that the district is
implementing the Strategic Plan with includes teaching all art on the DBAE
style. This is not a problem as I am familiar with and pretty much already
doing this method of teaching, but I have few prints and no text books.
Any ideas or suggests?
