Re: salary advise?

I teach 840 children. They have a rotating schedule, I only see them 2/3's of the year and the rest of the time they have a visiting arts (not always artists) program. But, once I've had a child they never stop coming in for stuff or advice or to visit, so I really don't loose them for a third of the year. I also have to hold a art show where every child is represented all 840 have to have a piece of art mounted and framed. I just my first one at the beginning of May with about 2000 to 2500 pieces of work, I'm very relieved but still recovering. How is it your choice if they hire another teacher or not??? Does anyone know??? Also do elementary school teachers have any rights on how many classes is too many???
