AAAAAGGGGHHHHH, Judy! By responding to their "instructions," you've let
them know yours is a legitimate address. The best way to deal with spam
is either report them to their server, or delete the message. Never
respond to the spammer's "remove" address. That's how they find out
which addresses are valid.
