Your letter has me in tears as I recall our own losses in the past 5
years. Two beautiful juniors just turned 16, killed on May 25, 3 years
ago. Jennifer Kullik, a friend of my daughter's killed in her sophomore
year with another child I taught who is still alive, but in a vegetative
state. One recovered through the prayers of family and friends.

Don't forget the ones left behind, especially, siblings and friends. A few
of these sensitive souls suffer from severe depression. Some recover after
a year or two. Some are still confused, lonely, and can't seem to get on
with their lives. These living are the ones we also need to pray for, talk
to, support, and reach out to even when they seem to reject our hands.
