names taken from a few of the many aviation books that surround my computer
as my husband collects such information, most books are of course focused on
the designers, aircraft and flyers and I am finding a lot of artwork with no
recognition of the artist (unknown?) I have listed what seemed the most
relevant to your search
I especially like the painting by Bernardino de Sousa Pereira
which was in the "History of Aviation" by John WR Taylor and Kenneth Munson
