HELP! They want to put my art class on a cart!

I'm looking for some help and possibly research on the problems created
for an art program, the students, the teacher, the school building, etc.,
when art ends up being taught off of a cart, going from room to room.
Anything from personal experiences (you are on a cart already), research
on the topic, magazine articles or how to find them; any of this would be
great. With the right evidence, I may be able to ward this off through
our district Board of Education. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
I am posting this on 5/14/01. I have about two weeks to get a defense of
my position together.
