I have had great price luck with Triarco in Plymouth, MI 1-800-328-3360. I hve never had good luck with Sax's. I must be cursed. In Michigan we have a store called Green's. They really try to work with teachers. You can bargain with prices. Bruce, Doug, Geoff, Kevin. I use the one out of Rochester, MI- 248-651-3900.

For most of my years (34)in this district, I have ordered from
Holcomb's (Cleveland based company--we get a 20 % discount + free shipping
over $200 something), Dick Blick, Sax and Columbus Clay Company, my all
time favorites. My budget for next year was cut almost $500 from this
year's, so I am going to really have to scramble getting what I need for my
program next year. The budget cuts are across the board for everyone. The
district is having money problems due to lost commercial tax revenue.
