Art on a cart

I am a second year art teacher and am ready to quit or move. Not only am
I learning the challenges of traveling between three schools, but I am
learning how to improve upon my organizational skills with teaching from a
cart. On top of that, I am recieving little help from a principle that
said she is there for me. I feel like she is comparing me to the other
art teacher that has been teaching for thirty years. Truthfully, I cannot
compare, but I am on my way. (The veteran has been very supportive. But
she teaches thirty minutes away and likes what my students have been
producing.)

The principal has complained that my children are too noisy and are out of
their seats too often. Another complaint is that I do not know all of my
children's names. (I teach in three schools per week with 500-600
students in each school.) She has pointed to a paint spot with her toe and
said "You are going to clean that up, aren't you." I have gone to her
with the paint on the floor problem and the other messy materials and
asked for suggestions, but she hasn't offered to come up with any
solutions. She has chastised me repeatedly about my tardiness between
rooms, but my schedule has also been such that I was traveling from the
east side of the school to the west side and back again. That takes about
five minutes when pushing a cart that has to be a lest one hundred pounds.
I have found the art work that I have stored in the halls on top of the
children's coat cabinets returned to the classroom. Which means when I
come in to the same class the next week to complete the project has gone
home, leaving me in the lurch. I just had my art supply request returned
to my mail box (even though I turned it in early). I am also being
critized that I do not cover the whole school in constantly changing
displays.

I am so sorry to vent like this, but I am exasperated!

I need advice.
