Please tell me what happened on Sept. 16th. We are so caught up in May that
Cinco deMayo is missed, I do not touch Day of the Dead because it would be
disapporved of in our rural community as is Halloween , but September is
often abit colorless and would love to do papel picado or any other Mexican
arts tied in with an early Fall Holiday thanks for an explanation. Roberta
