In our district, my budget is at the discretion of the principal...and can spend it on other things if necessary. I have a great principal who is generous and lets me spend my budget to the penny!
Yes...we are locked out of our building...not according to the principal..but the custodians!!! It is frustrating to say the least..but there is no getting around it...believe me...I have tried!!!
