I agree on not grading elementary art classes - except I really want to grade
5th
grade so that some of their rude disrespectful behavior does make an impact
on them not being on the honor roll. The really rotten ones have told me -
I don;t care
about art - it doesn;t count. They get great grades in their homeroom
classes in spite of their behavior - test well and turn in homework - so they
get on honor roll
and get achievement awards. No one listens to me - they say wait for 6th
grade.
