Prisma colors are great and expensive and I agree that crayolas are bad but
at got a sample of the Ticondaroga coreloc pencils at the NAEA and showed the
vender the projects we do with colored pencils-even did some demo work right
there and they are not bad-they blend wonderfully-create the samne type of
waxy bloom that prismacolors do AND they come in a tin box (so much nicer)
they sharpen good in my electric sharpener too. They biggest thing is they
cost about 25% less than PC.
The colors are not as vibrant as prismacolors but they do mix well.
just my 2 cents or in my case my $496.72 (That's what 30 boxes of 24 color
prisma colors cost me)
