My doctor said that most people that have that trouble, sleep with their
wrist or wrists in a curled up postion. Your hands and wrist need to be lined
up straight. Sleep on your side, not on your stomach and wear the wrist brace
at night. It made all the difference for me and I was so glad not to have to
wear it during the day ! Gail
