I too am unsure what an implement is...sorry, it's been a long day. Could
you do something with weathervanes?I did a project recently with my third
graders using a watercolor experimentation sky background..it was 18 by
24..you could do smaller..or maybe they could do a mural of houses with
weathervanes high on the roofs...just typing out loud..these were topped
with a black silhouette weathervane that was created in pieces. They loved
learning about how to make a symmetrical arrow. (Isn't it funny how
interesting new things and unknown information are to children? )The kids
got really creative with their images. A weathervane was used to predict
weather patterns, etc....I think it could be classified as an implement.
