My question is- How do you know you will never change grades? Seeing
replies/ideas/ suggestions and just learning how others take in info
and use, helps others with similar and different backgrounds. It
also splits off into other conversations when suggestions are made.
I am now working with preschoolers but I have worked with K-8th. I
like reading all the emails and getting ideas from all. I've gotten
ideas from reading about high school lessons and change them to work
with elementary grades. I personally don't need all the kiln ideas
but I like reading them. It helps to see how people deal with
problems in other mediums because then you can see how you would
apply it to your medium, Etc. How do you know someday you won't be
teaching another grade?
