I sympathise with your dilemnas but I can't help thinking- simplify. Perhaps
you are asking too much of yourself to make sure of your students success.
Can they be successful with more on their own and less incredible planning
on your part. Plan a field trip but as a special event. Of course the kids
will want to take alot of them they had a great time. Maybe they could do
some trips on their own? Give yourself a break and be just as good a
teacher but have a life to boot. I recommend yoga to help you breathe during
those difficult days. Do nice things for yourself when you get home.It is a
job.Keep it fun- Lisa
