Organizing messages

I do not remember if anyone mentioned this... but this is what I do.
I receive the Artsednet digest, which is the collection of emails
instead of individual emails. I like to highlight the messages I want
to keep, copy them, then paste them onto a WORD document using the
WORD's paste button. Then I print only the one's I want. This helps
save paper, because I do not copy all of the address stuff unless I
