>Making pretzels is easy and fun! You can also make yummy lowfat dips for
>your pretzels by blending cottage cheese or plain yogurt with lowfat salad
>dressings. Ask an adult to help you.

>You Will Need:
>
>1 envelope of dry yeast
>
>1 1/2 cups warm water
>
>1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
>
>1 teaspoon salt (optional)
>
>4 cups flour
>
>No-stick cooking spray
>
>Baking sheet
>
>Egg white (optional)
>
>Directions:
>

>1. Wash hands. Preheat oven to 425 F.

>2. In a large bowl, combine the yeast and water. Stir until dissolved.

>5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface. Knead (fold and squeeze) the
