Children's Ceramic Art Archive

The Children's Ceramic Tile and Mosaic website is an archive of images from
around the country of ceramic projects in which children and artists have
collaborated. We invite artists and educators to send us photos or slides
or such projects which we will include on the website. Photos will be
returned after they are scanned.

The website also includes information on the International Children's Tile
Project which is in early stages. There is also general information on
resources, interesting mosaics, etc., and several articles relating the
Moroccan zelij and Tessellation to the curriculum. We invite other
articles on subjects related to ceramic work and children.

We are from Fieldston Lower School, a private school in Bronx, New York. I
am an art teacher and my collaborator Whitney Turner is a computer teacher.
Together we have researched and designed the website. We welcome your
interest and participation.
