Re: removing permanent marker

When my son drew all over our diningroom furniture with a black permanent
marker I scrubbed it with Murphy's Oil Soap and a scouring pad for a long time
and the best result I got was it faded.....luckily most of the marks were knee
high, and they aren't too noticeable ... unless you know they are there. Not
one of my favorite parenting moments.... (he was 3 years old, I had just
gotten home from the hospital after losing a baby and my husband was out of
town, I think the scrubbing was therapeutic).
