depends on your fabric, of course. Don't know that I have ever seen a temp
requirement given. I usually use cotton--doesn't take very long. just enough
to make it adhere. and can be pulled loose and reironed if needed.

the shiny side of the paper is the plastic side and goes next to the
fabric--NOT your iron.

I think it's one of those "what works for you" kind of things <G>
