i have a great program, and its *free*! Typestyler. Download it at
<http://www.typestyler.com>.... i'm an undergrad. i use it at home and in the
art ed lab with lots of fun and success. your seventh grader will love it, i
think. I used it to create my own logo for a letterhead.
