Where Are You From?

I live in Monmouth, Illinois and teach 12 miles away in Galesburg,
Illinois. The Burg is about 45 miles north of Peoria and 45 miles south of
the Quad Cities and a 3 & 1/2 hour drive from Chicago.
Monmouth has a population of about 10,000, Monmouth College and is the
birthplace of Wyatt Earp. Galesburg is the birthplace of poet Carl
Sandburg, Knox College and has a pop. of about 40,000.
And yes, I do pass cornfields on my way to school! And I like it!
