Nancy,
I read your note to someone about running out of black and white oil
pastels. Years ago a friend changed that for me. I was making
fronts for a jazz band and I liked working with oil pastels. Well he
drove up from Chicago(I was in KC) and he gave me a whole selection of
cattle markers. They are just big oil crayons that they mark cattle with
He got them at the stock yard.Mostly black and white. They were only 25c
a piece.They are about 5 inches by 3/4 of an inch. Though I worked in
Art supplies and I used large oil pastels they could get pretty
expensive.
