My advanced students tend to be a melting pot of a class or two, wherever I
can schedule them. Mixed talent, training, interest, etc. Grading them is
most difficult. I want to develop rubrics or a contract (or both) or
something that I can use as a tool to grade them. With the mix it's
impossible to give basic assignments (like in 1st year), but I have advanced
students who have this insane notion that they should get an A because they
are advanced. I cannnnnnoooottt be the only one out here who is fighting
this battle. I have tried every idea I have. Please, please help me. If
you need to snail mail me anything, I will GLADLY pay postage or return the
favor somehow.

Part of my plan is to make them help me develop it, but I need expert help
and you people are the best.
