This question was asked earlier. I believe I work in a wonderful school.
We all try to work together. When I was first employed here I let the
other teachers know that I respected them and their subjects. In return, I
expected the same respect. I allow students to go to other teachers at
times to make up work but they also all me to keep students when necessary.
They will also all students to miss their class to complete assignments in
my class. We share ideas and supplies. When a new teacher joins our
family they are usually told right up front, by other teachers, that art
class is not a class you can mess around with and send kids to just borrow
poster board or scissors and glue. I'll admit it took awhile to come to
this agreement but it is respected by all the teachers on our campus.

If I know this is happening I usually send a kid back to class to get the
student. Would they hold a kid out of science or math in order to finish
