To all ArtsEdNet folks:

I invite you to a special online exhibition of children's art work from
Iceland at the @rt gallery located at:

http://www.arts.ufl.edu/art/rt_room/@rt_gallery.html

The work on display there was done by Rosa Juliusdottir's students (ages
5-11) at the Akureyri School of Visual Arts located in Akureyri, Iceland.
It is really quite special and I know you'll enjoy it.

This exhibit is an excellent example of how the Internet/Web brings us
together and how it offers new possibilities for interaction on a global
scale. As you may know, Rosa (email: rojul) is an active
member on this list. The exhibition grew out of a short exchange of mail
between the two of us off the list. When I received the work, I was
actually stunned as to its quality! While only 10 works are currently on
display, I plan to rotate the work in a month or so in order to display the
rest of the work sent.

Once again, stop by when you have a few free moments. You're in for a treat!

Craig
