Comet art

Just curious.


Is anyone out there doing any art projects in their classrooms with
the comet theme/motif? In case everyone has been so busy, there's a
comet in our northeast northern hemisphere sky that's visible to the
naked eye and may be so for annother week or 2.

I would think this could spark some interesting art projects in school:

1. Draw/paint the comet as you observe it in the night sky
2. Draw/paint the comet as you would like it to become.
3. draw/paint a comet with respect to our home (our solar system)
4. look up/research previous comet art
5..look up/research comet folk lore and 'magical/mystical'
connotations/tales that have been associated with comets.
6. others??
