Considering your food installations, I wonder have you ever thought
about adding the decomposition of them as part of the exhibition.I realize
that it could get nasty (the smell, etc.) but what about encasing an
installation to keep that to a minimum?

Yes, I have thought about adding the decomposition to the exhibition.
Yes, I have also thought about encasing the elements in order to keep
the problems to a minimum.
