Hello Kathrine,

This year in the high school integrated program that I am teaching in one of
our short projects was on Music. For that segment I showed the students
examples of Kandinsky's compositions and improvizations. We listened to music
by Stravinsky and then we did watercolor paintings to the music...and other
music from around the world. It was a great success.

I also got a bunch of post cards of various pieces of art from different
decade time periods and then found music from the same time period. The
students listened to the short clips of music and then found the art which
they thought might have been made at the same time.... A lot of work for a
short lesson though...

Hope this helps!
