Folks:

I know you are all busy, but this a request to help an undergrad learn a bit
about research and writing surveys. If you have a few moments to spare,
would you please take her survey?

She has a few errors (e.g., forgot to enter her hypothesis), but this is a
first-time try at gathering information. Your taking the time to answer a
few multiple choice questions will be a great benefit to her future
