Thank you for sharing this news about Ken. He is an art teacher
extraordinaire and one who consistently gives sound advice. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Dear Art Educators,
Many of you know and love Ken Schwab. Hundreds have
used his lesson plans.
His wife emailed me and a few other close list
friends. Last Friday (March 18), Ken had a stroke
during his planning period. Fortunately a student who
was walking by heard something and came into the room.
Ken was on the floor. He was rushed to Good Samaritan,
a Stroke Center. He had surgery to remove the clot and
is doing well. Doctors anticipate a full recovery
with minimal or no residual after a couple of months
of therapy. Last night he was transferred to Kaiser
Santa Clara, finally out of ICU.
Those of you who wish to send a card and well wishes,
email me off list and I will give you a mailing
address. Please only email me if you have posted
before as I am only giving the address out to folks I
"know".
Remember Ken and Jeanne in your prayers....and praise
the Lord for that student who happened to walk by.
