Larry,
Awesome post. I am feeling that right now 3rd quarter. Not getting the
quality i'm used to or want and was getting a bit frustrated. Then I reminded
myself, "hey we're near the end of the year, they might be just as tired as I am.
   Ahh, the ups and downs of middle school.
