To Larry,
very thoughtful, excellent points

One point that hit home to me in Twyla Tharps book (the creative habit)
is that EFFORT and PREPARATION are necessary for CREATIVITY, and
something I try to build into classroom expectations. How they spend
the class time (chatting or focused?) is built into grading.
