Just a note...In my county, we are not allowed to publish or show ANY student images or their artwork anywhere unless the parents have approved and signed a form allowing us to do so. It might be in your best interest to get approval before sharing.

Hi, I know I can't post photos like this on the IAD, but I just had to share this with you all. I think it's a really beautiful photo. Do you think it's OK to show photos of students on this listserv as long as they are not published?

We are creating life-size self-portraits for an all district show that will be held this spring. My students are creating these portraits with a pose that suggests how they think the world sees them. They are then writing about how they think the world sees them and then writing about how they see themselves.

This attached photo I think is very striking.

You know what . . . I'm not going to attach it until I get the OK from some of you. Integrity and all that you know . . . I just don't want to share them if it's not OK. I'd actually love to share several with you.

  Let me know.
