So far over spring break I have worked 14 hours in my garden....turning
soil, adding humus, weeding out, pulling way too many cast iron plants
out, fertilizing, and tomorrow the fun begins....PLANTING! It's a
ritual that I do on spring break every year. I even do my neighbors in
our townhouse complex. I feel like MONET!
We all have red doors, so I am putting crotons by the doors so we have
splashes of red, yellow and green by the red doors, miniature bright red
roses in a few spots, geraniums, begonias, impatiens, and
caladiums....all in whites, pinks, and reds. I am really having fun,
sweating a lot, hopefully losing weight! I have broken out the
sleeveless shirts, shorts, and capris, and I'm ready to let spring rip!
