HI, Dale. Thanks for "sharing" your point of view. Without your joining in,
we would have spent another day missing your bright focus and viewpoint.
That's the point of "joining in" the discussions. Us oldies LOVE when
newbies join in. You bring with you such an enthusiastic spirit and
different perspectives for us seasoned individuals...new ways of doing
things, new ways of thinking....things we had forgotten about or never knew
or had even thought about. It gives us a chance to be a mentor because we've
shared the same frustrations in the past. You really have NO idea how many
ways you help us.
I understand the fears of joining into a large community of people but there
are so many here who welcome you. As with any vast group, a few criticize
but you soon learn who they are and ignore them. The rest of us do.
For those of you who feel hesitant, please jump in with both feet, introduce
yourselves, and become part of us. We've all been where you are now. We
