MS tables are tables created in Microsoft Word. I create a table with
two columns and however many rows you would need to put one Powerpoint
program into each cell of the table. When you open your table to half
of the screen and open the list of Saved Powerpoints from your CD or
file or wherever on the other side, you can drag the name of a
Powerpoint presentation into a cell of the table, and you will see the
first image of your Powerpoint open when you put it in the table. Then
you can see at a glance all of the Powerpoints you have created with a
picture instead of just a name on a list. Pretty cool!
