Youth Art Month

Youth Art Month is the time to showcase student art.
Tomorrow, Thursday, March 5th is the opening reception
of the Kansas City, Kansas school district's "Beyond the
Classroom" exhibit. Over 200 pieces of student art will
be on display at the Reardon Center at 5th and Minnesota.
When the work is taken down, later this month, it will be
displayed in various business and government offices around
the community. Below is a link to a sample of the work on
Students from all over Kansas have their art currently on
display under the capitol dome in Topeka:
All the teachers, parents and students involved are to be
congratulated for all the effort and especially the quality
of the work on display.
