It is time consuming and sometimes tedious, but it is not hard if you are
already a good teacher. It is simply a matter of documenting for others (and
yourself) what you already do. If you decide to do it, there are many of us

Our elementary vocal music teacher just got her NBCT, and we were talking
it in the teacher's lounge just now, and I said something about wanting to
that process, and my principal said something like "oh, but that's really
hard". Such encouragement.
