I cannot, for the life of me, remember where I bought these: Molly Hawkins
maybe.
They are a student set of cool looking neon, transparent handles with
matching neon bristles.
These are the best! I even use them to paint oil portraits myself and they
were downright cheap.
A year later and they are just like new.
I will look for the name.
