NAEA breakfast and sub plans

Hello to all-
As the conference approaches- We all are getting together sub plans for our time away. I am sure that this has been a thread before, but what do some of the experienced teachers use as subplans that are successful. I usually give book work- but that is too lame to do for three days of classes... I need some plans that are interesting that a sub could do with the class. I'd like supplies to be limited to basics to prevent waste,damage and theft. Could someone share thier ideas with me?
ALSO- When we all meet for breakfast- perhaps we could provide copies of successful sub plans to swap amungst eachother. We could get a head count of those who may attend the breakfast and make that number of copies to take with us to have a plan exchange...just a thought- let me know what you think!
